We are looking for qualified personnel who can  use their technical expertise and knowledge.

The responsibility is to provide a second line  support to first line agents and the users who are facing software and Hardware  problems. The operator is who establish the origin of the problem , fixed and offer appropriate solutions to the problems. This role required that the persons works like a  bridge between the first line level and the technical  infrastructure department .

The profile we need is  a bilingual professional (Spanish/ English ), organize,  recursive, assertive and proactive. With knowledge in network and servers. Someone who can give support for computer programs. Also who can manage and maintain software and systems.

Having with a portfolio of international customers requires specialized communication tools and required the best quality of  internet connection. A lot of customer training sessions are done over conference call or online training.

Every week my team of Lanssens Consultores joins our intensive English language classes. In that way they train and improve their professional skills on the English language to the benefit of our customers.

They learns conversation, reading, writing and technical terminology adapted to the skills they need in their daily Service Desk tasks.

At times of  Christmas, we gather together with the whole team of Lanssens Consultores in one of the best restaurants in Chia – Las Puertas to celebrate Christmas and the end of a successful year.
