Hello, my name is Jimmy Lanssens. “Never let anyone talk you out of your dreams”. That is my life’s motto. In the first place I apply it to myself. I have many dreams and making them come true drives me forward.
Creating my company Lanssens Consultores in Colombia, is one of those dreams coming true. I can still remember how people were trying to talk me out of my Colombian dream. But a dream motivated by love is one of the strongest. Yes I found the love of my life, Alexandra, in Colombia and suddenly a lot of pieces of my life’s puzzle were falling into place personally as well as professionally.
In the past 20 years, I worked for different international companies in Europe. I established experience in leading a business, developing Skilled 24/7 IT Service Desks and IT Services in general. As a strategic consultant I assisted various C-level members in improving their focus and business strategy. I have an in depth insight in human psychology and in what motivates people.
Conscious Entrepreneurship
Building further on that legacy, I built Lanssens Consultores with the objective of providing high quality IT services to international customers with a team of committed people who help build this company. Together we strive forward, we resolve every obstacle that comes in our way and enjoy the journey.
With Lanssens Consultores, we have laid the foundation of what I would call conscious entrepreneurship. It builds further on my know-how in providing high quality IT services to international customers. Success doesn’t come at the cost of my team, but together with the team. My leadership style involves the team in building the company. We strive to improve together, we solve obstacles together and we enjoy the results together.
